Special Requirements and Frequent Flyers

If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer programme, please retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for point verification against your statement. Without these you may be unable to claim points.

Special assistance and dietary requirements can be arranged where possible provided we have advice at least 72hours before you travel.

Cancellation and amendments

All deposits are non-refundable. Once the tickets or vouchers have been issued, amendment and cancellation fees will apply as advised by the Airline and/or Inflight Travel.

If you are eligible for a refund once a booking has been cancelled, the balance less any non-refundable amounts and cancellation fees will be forwarded to you upon receipt of the refund from the Travel Supplier or Airline. Some refunds take upwards of 10 weeks to process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Reconfirmations

We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away, however it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time.

Passports

A valid passport is required to travel internationally (some countries insist the validity be for at least six months beyond your last date of travel.

Visa and Documents responsibilities

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate documentation including visas. We are happy to assist you in determining visa requirements wherever possible. Australian passport holders who have a criminal record may not be able to entre certain countries. Please check with your consultant.

Health and Vaccinations

To visit most popular destinations no vaccinations are required. However, for some unique, tropical, or adventure destinations there may be the need for vaccinations. Please check with our office for further details.

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist vaccination clinic.

Booking Terms and Conditions

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that Inflight Travel have been provided with the correct passenger names, as per passport for E-Tickets. Once the E-Tickets have been issued and we are advised that the names are incorrect, then it will be the passenger's responsibility to cover any fees imposed by the Airline(s) to make the necessary name changes.

Please note that your final reporting time at Adelaide Airport is 3 hours prior to departure.

You will require the following documents:

  • Airline Ticket or E-ticket Itinerary
  • Valid Passpor
  • Applicable Visas
  • Completed Departure Cards

All arrangements are subject to the supplier's (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.

We collect taxes on behalf of various Airports, Airlines, Cruise Companies and Governments. Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, or otherwise for any injury, damage or loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Nothing in there terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act.

We act as an agent only. We sell various travel related product on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators.

Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse for travel services is against the specific provider and not us.

When you or another person on your behalf provides personal information about yourself, you acknowledge that this information will be used principally for the purpose of making Travel Reservations. Where necessary, we may disclose information about you to third parties including but not limited to Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental companies, Cruise Lines, Rail Operators, Tour Operators, Insurance Companies and their intermediaries. From time to time we may send you information that may help you to understand and make decisions regarding your Travel needs.
